Effect of Closure on Funds
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances, bonus winnings, and winnings generated through prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Genuine deposited funds that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player's registered payment wallet at gdt88's discretion, following completion of any outstanding KYC or fraud review. gdt88's decisions on fund forfeiture are final and binding.
Intellectual Property
